- TOURS: Kindly wait at hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the tour pick up time. Please present your tour confirmation voucher to the Tour Guide whom will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby holding a signboard with your name written on it. Voucher must be presented to the tour guide before the tour commence. All tours are confirmed and paid. Unutilized tour component are non-refundable. Tour schedule are inclusive of traveling time to tour coordination point. Itinerary is subject to change due to weather condition, road condition, or Tour Guide's discretion. Tipping is at passenger's discretion.
- ARRIVAL TRANSFER: After Customs Clearance at the arrival hall, please lookf out for our representative who will be waiting for you holding a signboard with your name written on it. Please present your Airport Transfer Voucher to the representative for verification purposes. 50% surcharge for the transfers between 2200 to 0700 hours and on public holidays.
- DEPARTURE TRANSFER: Please re-confirm the departure pick-up time with our representative upon arrival. Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time for the departure transfer. Luggage allowance for each passenger is one large bag and one hand carry bag. If you bring extra luggage which cannot fit in the vehicle, you will need to cover any additional costs incurred in transferring the extra luggage. Multiple stops will not be allowed. Request for the delivery of unaccompanied luggage will not be allowed. Unutilized transfers is not refundable. Tipping is at passenger's discretion.
